Effective January 5, 2026
The Office of Sponsored Projects (OSP) will launch the Cayuse Research Suite on January 5, 2026. This new system will replace the current OSP ticket portal (Samanage) and will be used for submitting and managing OSP requests moving forward.
To transition from Samanage:
- No new tickets should be created in Samanage after Dec 22, 2025.
- When the University returns from the holiday break, OSP Administrators will work to close out existing tickets in Samanage.
- Any tickets that remain open at the end of January 2026 will be migrated into Cayuse.
Training Opportunities:
OSP is currently offering training sessions to help users prepare for the transition to Cayuse. Additional sessions will continue throughout January.
